Food and Drink 2023

  • Hush Hush Chefs

Hush Hush Chefs are an artisan bakery who create butter-free filo pastry quiches, pies and sausage rolls, served alongside six delicious salads. They are a family-run business who make all of their products from scratch, with fresh and natural ingredients. They will be offering a cafe-style service, including sweet pastries, cakes, and coffee.

  • Jim & Tonic

What started out as founder Jim and his friends serving craft gins out of a converted van has blossomed into a business that includes several gin bars around London, as well as presence at some of London’s biggest and best events. Jim & Tonic and their excellent team are passionate about great drinks and, in particular, gin, and they’ll be serving their own sustainably distilled gin as well as an array of premium gin.

  • Blacklion Vodka

BLACKLION is the first vodka in Europe to be made from sheep's milk. This award-winning luxury vodka is fermented using the sugars-rich whey left over after cheesemaking and which would otherwise go to waste. The end-result is an incredibly smooth & flavourful vodka, triple-distilled and triple-filtered in small batches using local Cotswold spring water.

  • Gentlemen Baristas

Born in London’s East End, the Gentlemen Baristas is a well-mannered, well-meaning and community-spirited coffee company, supplier and roastery par excellence. Founded by Henry Ayers and Edward Parkes, we’ve been satisfying the most discerning coffee lovers' palates since 2014.

With coffee houses across London and delighted customers nationwide, we proudly roast our exceptional award-winning, speciality coffee each-and-every day - for coffee lovers, cafes, restaurants and pubs across the land - at our new state-of-the-art coffee roastery in London’s Stratford.
